Spinach Pasta
Roasted zucchini, Kalamata olives, Pecorino cheese and oregano tossed with spinach agnolotti and a roasted tomato sauce finished with a drizzle of olive oil. Served with Organic Greens Salad and toasted Semolina Rosemary bread.

Yes, another great lunch at Macrina Bakery in Belltown.  I think if you did a search on here you would find all their meals sufficiently documented.  And eaten. *burp.

Next time you go get bread from a bakery, make it Semolina...my gawd that was good. Probably would make a killer french toast...
